Galley Kitchen Remodel

Maintaining existing floor plan, updated 1970s era kitchen. The owner wanted to remodel in stages and keep the existing cabinets. So, the interim backsplash was made from tiles salvaged from the demolition. The cabinets were modified as needed, sanded, painted and new hardware was installed. A new backsplash and recessed lights were installed later.

Patio To Sunroom Conversi

The owners decided to convert their open patio into an enclosed all season room. Using the existing patio cover, we created a room that could be used in all seasons. A ceiling fan was installed to help cool in the summer and a small electric fireplace keeps it warm in winter.

Rockwood Bath Remodel

Owner wanted to maintain existing floor plan, but update fixtures, lighting, flooring, sinks, cabinets and countertops.
